learning about the project, McCarty representative can share a preliminary
pricing estimate with you, or, should your project be further along, prepare a
formal proposal.
3.RECEIVE DETAILED ENGINEERING &
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS-
For a
nominal deposit, McCarty's engineering and project management team will prepare
stamped architectural drawings that will be used to apply for construction
permits, commence site work construction, and release the building system to
production. This is not an extra fee, but a deposit that comes off of the
building’s final price.
4.FULL-SERVICE CONSTRUCTION PARTNER-
With
McCarty, you will receive more than just building materials dropped at your
jobsite. McCarty’s in-house project management team can help manage the
construction of your entire project, from concrete foundation and utility work
to the construction of a parking lot or conventional construction entry
building.
